He is the Man behind the scenes of many Detroit releases, a heavy hitter on the underground rave scene, Detroit native, Mr. Phil Agosta!  The  City's favorite 5 AM deejay is now taking it prime time! The track, “Tribute To Detroit” is Phil Agosta’s first artist EP, and it's scheduled to be released on the Chicago label, kgbeats on July ,20th 2010!

 
"Tribute to Detroit" is just that, my rendition to pay homage and give tribute to those before me that created, paved the way and allow me to do what I do today”, says Detroiter Agosta.

Phil's contribution to today's dance scene is more than 20 years of underground techno parties as a deejay. Untold  days spent in studio with the spirit of the fathers of Techno,  and his hard work and dedication to the scene is unmatched. This is why this EP is getting a lot of buzz in Detroit; people hear a lot of familiar styles and the optimism it engenders is  a natural continuation of Detroit's techno tradition, recognizing  his production is deeply routed in the original style of Detroit techno!
